Video Editing Using Windows Movie Maker - ICT 4 projects SY 2012-2013

In the final quarter of the school year 2012-2013, one of the projects I assigned to my ICT 4 students is to create a music video using a digital camera or even their cellphones. The raw videos were then edited using Windows Movie Maker.

This is just an initial step towards learning the basics of film making. What I'm planning for the next school year is to introduce Sony Vegas or even Adobe Premiere for more advance movie-editing capabilities and effects.

For now, let's take a look on some of my students' output in Video editing using Windows Movie Maker.

Scared to Death - Edited by Jamiela Valcurza together with Geneliza Cordova and Den Reel Taneo.

A music video created by ICT 4 studes of Manay NHS

This is the music video created by the ICT students of Manay National High School. The MV revolves in the story of the song "Gibasted". This is one of their final projects in ICT 4. The video was captured using a simple digital camera and edited using Windows Movie Maker.
